Ho! Ho! Ho!
and for the original….my beloved Judy!
and for the original….my beloved Judy!
I’ve mentioned that work has been…stressful of late and while I think I’m doing a pretty decent job of keeping myself together and mostly professional – this week has been particularly difficult.
I have burst into tears (hopefully unnoticed) no less than 6 times this week. No sobbing or actual weeping, just that moment when your eyes start to bulge and feel like they’re on fire and your throat swells and aches. The kind of tears you can stuff back into your face.
I’m trying to hold it together, but I can totally feel my breaking point approaching. Something has got to change or something has got to give.
In preparation for very weighty and frightening conversations I’m going to have in the near future, I’m reading two very important books by ladies who know how to get what they want!

I realize I talk a lot about tv, but I’m watching this show online, so it’s almost like it’s not tv…er something. Anyway – Rupaul’s Drag Race is the best thing NOT currently playing on my television. Luckily, the LOGO network has been kind enough to let us watch full episodes online.
The premise of the show is this: Rupaul = Tyra Banks. And I mean that literally – he actually does the meanest Tyra Banks impersonation I’ve ever seen. It’s brilliant and I’ve already called the Dish Network about providing me with the LOGO channel.
