Holy Guacamole this iPhone’s like magic (Upgrading from 3GS to 4S: The camera)
So, it’s pretty well established that I couldn’t live without my iPhone, but the old girl was getting tired and slow and clunky – and while she’s lasted a full year and 5 months longer than any other cell phone…her time has finally come. I’m not going to lie, as much as I love new gadgets, the thought of parting with Peggy has been a little tough. That is…. until (gulp) Peggy 2 arrived this afternoon.
I’ve been impressed with Peggy 2 on a myriad of levels – she’s beyond fast on both 3G and Wi-fi, her creepy built in voice command/ “personal assistant” is both sufficiently terrifying and helpful and most of all, her camera knocked me out.
Check out these comparison shots, I mean really. (Pictures have not been altered in any way…other than being spliced together, which – ew, now I have to think about that movie, Splice, which is going to give me nightmares about incest-y, bird sex and gender-bending tail rape. {{{{shivers}}}}}

This one is probably the most shocking. I could actually tell the picture was going to turn out on my 4S because more light was coming through on the LCD than I'd ever seen on my 3GS. In fact, I would have never even attempted picture like this with Peggy 1 for obvious reasons. P.S. Lars is hotness.
And just in case you forgot about it……SPLICE….. uck……. (Note: This picture was not taken with an iPhone of any generation, as far as I know).
